QUALITY STANDARDIZATION:      
Quality management system of D-SAM International meets and exceeds the applicable international standards (ASTM, ISO, FDA, cGMP and CE Mark etc) from selection of raw material and packing of the final product.
Our quality management system requires the understanding of customer needs then each relevant activity executed in systematic manners to eliminate any quality risk in product or process. Then significant contribution in product standardization is our technical and experience staffs who have family owned skills and technicalities from years. This ensures our continuous improvement in product and processes.

We are committed for continual improvement in all products and services to maintain D-SAM as the quality leader in medical field.  Our corporate objectives and departmental goals for quality improvement are based on the following quality philosophies:

• CUSTOMER FOCUS:  We believe that our customer is the reason for our business and nothing happens until our customer places order; therefore all of our activities will be focused on identifying and exceeding our customers’ current and future needs and expectations.
• LEADERSHIP:  We believe that the art of leading our employees at D-SAM comes from management; therefore leadership qualities and demonstrated ability to accomplish objectives will be the primary criteria by which we select, train and evaluate our management staff.
• INVOLVEMENT OF PEOPLE:  We believe well-trained, highly motivated employees are the most important means of serving our customers; therefore, we will select, train, and reward employees who place customer satisfaction first.
• PROCESS APPROACH:  We believe that the desired result of each of our departments is achieved more efficiently when related resources and activities are managed as a process; therefore we evaluate all of our processes and resources to maximize each of our activities.
• CONTINUAL IMPROVEMENT: We believe that continual improvement is a "permanent objective" of our company; therefore we will provide training and tools to all of our employees to allow them to establish and achieve continual improvement goals in their department(s).
